Help With File Visit Notifications

Hey, Decile Team! I am not getting notifications when people visit a file. Help. Thanks.

If you visit the notifications page, can you tell me what your settings are for the files events? Are those unchecked?

I didn't change any of these settings when it was working before, but here are the current settings that are shown.

@Ron Ondechek Jr My records show you turned this notification off way back in 2023-10-06. You'll need to enabled them from that screen. You should be able to use this top columns to make it quicker.

I'm also not seeing any notifications when I click on the bell in the upper right hand corner... Is there a setting for that?

Yes, that's the "in-app" setting

Yes. I was getting the "Bell" updates previously, but they stopped for some reason recently. Don't know why it would show I turned off the notifications when I was getting them before. Maybe from a recent update or something? IDK. Seems to be working now. Thank you as always.
